You Dont Get It

I’ve found myself in this kind of situation way to often. What is wrong with all these people. Why are they here. Why aren’t they out selling hot dogs. Maybe I sound harsh, but I’m completely honest. People ask me questions, they expect me to do things, which they are and should be able to find out for them self.

The scary thing is it mostly happens in relation to the university. In the case I’m about to example below it is not related to my university, but some distant one. It’s still the same problem. Some Indian engineering student is bugging me with questions on gmail chat. I had to block him after a while. Today he e-mailed me:

hi m tushar remember i use to shoot at you with my questions and queries on how to make my own balancing robot …….i need ur urgent help m got stuck in making ma own imu chip this the link were i got idea of making my main imu board http://www.dprg.org/projects/2003-01a/ please suggest me how to interface this own fabricated board and the arduino board …..and will it be feasible to use this with arduino???????

My reply was quiet simple:

You don’t get it. You don’t get it. You don’t get it.

I’m happy to help people who take the time to think before they ask. You don’t think. You don’t care to explain. You just expect me to give you a solution. Fuck that!

You should re-think you’re decision in regards to studying at a university. Maybe it’s not what you’re supposed to do. I’m under the impression you’re at the wrong place.
